Year 5′s assembly on the Victorians was a very informative overview of the inventions of that period. Everything from ice cream to the telephones and a whole lot more. Mr Cockcroft visited South Africa in March 2010 to look at what we could learn from school leaders in Cape Town. His visit was for one during which time he kept in contact with the children at Heap Bridge through this blog. This blog is a record of the questions children wanted to know answers to and the responses Mr Cockcroft managed to make from Cape Town. There are also pictures of his visit in the website’s gallery.
