This term we have all been practising methods to increase our self awareness and self confidence through breathing and movement,  yoga techniques, peer massage and relaxation.

Emotionally unwinding allows us to stay healthy and alert.

I thoroughly enjoy doing mindfulness and well-being because it makes us smile (smiling reduces stress) and it encourages us to relax. 🙂

I loved doing that! It was so weird but fun at the same time! I hope we do something like that again soon! It was so relaxing! I liked every part of it!
