School Council – NSPCC

This week the School Council met with a representative from the NSPCC. She shared some interesting facts with us about the charity; It costs £5 for every phone call answered and the NSPCC helpline responded to almost 55,000 contacts from adults concerned about the welfare of a child last year. Red Nose Day

Today we celebrated Red Nose Day, thank you for all of your generous donations! The children came to school wearing an item of red clothing and some classes participated in a variety of activities to raise awareness of the event. We will soon announce how much money we raised!

Macmillan Coffee Afternoon

The school council would like to thank all the staff, parents and pupils for helping to raise over £600 this afternoon. The school hall was full of delicious cakes and treats and the support from our families was wonderful. Thank you and well done everybody!
